Digital Workflow Lite is a 100% cloud solution that enables bulk SMS messages to be sent to customers’ cell phones via Webtext secure web portal to quickly reach hundreds or thousands of customers in minutes.

Contact lists are quickly loaded from an Excel spreadsheet, CSV file, or pulled from a database (API)..  Messages can be written freehand or the message can come from a template.  By using contact fields, Digital Workflow Lite will dynamically insert relevant information into each message.

Messages can be sent immediately or scheduled to be sent at a later time.  If a customer replies to an SMS message, auto-responses can be enabled to automatically send a message back to the user.

An added feature available to US and Canadian customers is to “enable” their existing toll or toll-free numbers for messaging without the need for the voice service to be ported. This provides a level of service that allows message recipients to reply to messages by text or phone. Non-North America countries require a virtual number or shortcode solution (where available).
